euphoria is back and it doesn't look anything like what we remembered. season 3 picks up five years after the events of season 2 — rue, cassie, maddy, nate, and the rest of east highland are adults now, navigating a world that's somehow even messier than high school.

this season was shot on 65mm film, giving it a grittier, more cinematic feel. it's a departure from the neon-glitter world of seasons 1 and 2 — and honestly? it hits different.

nate jacobs being diabolical? shocking absolutely no one. but cassie? she's evolved into a whole new level of unhinged and honestly i respect the commitment.
